ChatGPTの画像生成機能で「ジブリ風」イラストの問題点

OpenAIが3月25日にリリースした、ChatGPTの新しい画像生成機能「4o Image Generation」、従来のモデル（DALL・Eなど）がDiffusion Model（拡散モデル）であるのに対し、Autoregressive Model（自己回帰モデル）として実装されていて、この違いが、新たな機能を生み出しているということですが、新しい問題も起こしているようです。
著作権法上は問題のないケースが多いようですが、画像生成する際はチェックしましょう。

Issues with 'Ghibli-style' illustrations in ChatGPT's image generation feature

On March 25, OpenAI released a new image generation feature for ChatGPT called '4o Image Generation.' While conventional models (such as DALL-E) are Diffusion Models, this one is implemented as an Autoregressive Model, and this difference seems to be creating new features but also causing new problems. Although many cases appear to have no copyright law issues, it's advisable to check when generating images.
