デジタル庁が生成AIの調達・利活用に係るガイドライン(案）を公表

デジタル庁は、AI関連技術の発展とAIの活用の官民における急速な進展を受け、政府の様々な業務への生成AIの利活用促進とリスク管理を表裏一体で進めるため、経済産業省、総務省等と協力して、今年春頃を目途に「行政の進化と革新のための生成AIの調達・利活用に係るガイドライン」の策定を目指していて、ガイドライン案について意見を公募しています。5月をめどに運用を始めるようです。

The Digital Agency Publishes Draft Guidelines on Procurement and Utilization of Generative AI

In response to advancements in AI technologies and the rapid growth of AI usage in both public and private sectors, the Digital Agency, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), and others, aims to formulate "Guidelines on Procurement and Utilization of Generative AI for Administrative Evolution and Innovation" around this spring. The guidelines are designed to simultaneously promote the utilization of generative AI across various government operations and manage associated risks. The agency is currently seeking public comments on the draft guidelines, with plans to begin implementation by around May.
