東京地方裁判所のSEP（標準必須特許）専門調停制度

東京地方裁判所が2026年2月1日に導入するSEP（標準必須特許）専門調停制度は、国際的な知的財産紛争解決の新たな枠組みを示唆しています。
本制度の核心は、単なる訴訟の効率化ではなく、日本を「グローバルSEP紛争解決ハブ」として機能させることです。
Pantech v. Google事件（2025年6月の日本初SEP差止命令から12月の和解成立）を契機に、東京地裁は国境を越えたSEP保有者と実装企業の紛争を、グローバルなポートフォリオ全体を対象に迅速に解決する仕組みを制度化しました。

The Tokyo District Court's SEP Specialized Mediation System, set to launch on February 1, 2026, introduces a new framework for resolving international intellectual property disputes.
