2026年5 月28 日に開催されたLexisNexis PatentSight+ Summit 2026では、株式会社荏原製作所技術経営戦略統括部知的財産部　高栁秀樹部長が、「知財ROICによる知財経営の高度化：荏原製作所における知財ガバナンスと価値評価の実践」というタイトルで、多様な業態を持つ荏原製作所の知財ガバナンスを紹介。管理会計的思考に基づき、知財活動の「質」を定量化する「知財ROIC」の取り組みを解説。また、独自の発明評価と事業特性に合わせた評価の個別最適（レトロフィット）や、同指標を用いた経営層との対話の深化など、最前線の実務について紹介しました。その内容は、後日、記事として提供されるということです。
