How “Muse Spark Open” Will Change Corporate IP Operations
On October 15, 2026 (U.S. local time), Meta announced “Muse Spark Open,” the most capable U.S.-developed open-weight AI model to date, and made its model weights freely available. The model has 816 billion total parameters, with 42 billion active parameters, and a context window of one million tokens. It can reportedly run on just two Mac Studio computers.
I asked generative AI to conduct an in-depth analysis of how “Muse Spark Open” could change corporate intellectual property (IP) operations.
