知財実務オンライン：「Making of "特許法講義"」

6月25日にライブ配信された第196回知財実務オンライン：「Making of "特許法講義"」は、東京大学大学院法学政治学研究科 教授　田村 善之 氏 / 札幌医科大学 附属産学・地域連携センター 特任助教　清水 紀子 氏による、今年出版された「特許法講義」に関する話でした。
裏話が満載の動画であり、「特許法講義」という本もストーリーとして書かれた特許法の話であり、田村教授のこだわりがあり、清水助教のこだわりがあり、受験のための本でないところも気に入っています。

IP Practice Online: "Making of 'Lecture on Patent Law'"
 
The 196th IP Practice Online, which was live-streamed on June 25th, featured a discussion about the recently published book "Lecture on Patent Law" by Professor Yoshiyuki Tamura of the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, and Specially Appointed Assistant Professor Noriko Shimizu of the Center for Industry and Community Partnership, Sapporo Medical University.
The video was filled with behind-the-scenes stories, and the book "Lecture on Patent Law" is written as a narrative on patent law, reflecting Professor Tamura's and Assistant Professor Shimizu's particular focuses. I also appreciate that it is not merely a book for exam preparation.
