統合報告書に記載された知財KPIの事例と傾向

知財ガバナンス研究会における調査・研究をベースに、高野誠司特許事務所の高野誠司所長弁理士（元NRIサイバーパテント株式会社代表取締役社長、元サイバーパテント株式会社 取締役会長）がまとめた「統合報告書に記載された知財KPIの事例と傾向」では、56社で90指標の「知財KPI」が紹介されています。
これらの知財KPIは、「KPI」と明示のあるもの、あるいは将来の目標指数として掲げている指標を厳選していて、単なる過去の実績（エビデンスの類）を示した指標や、「KPI」と明示されていても、指標ではなく抽象的な状態を記載しているものは除外していますので、これを見て全体像をつかんだうえで、それぞれの会社の統合報告書を見て参考にすることをお勧めします。

Examples and Trends of IP KPIs Listed in Integrated Reports
 
In the report titled "Examples and Trends of Intellectual Property KPIs Listed in Integrated Reports," compiled by Seiji Takano, Patent Attorney and Director of Takano Seiji Patent Firm (former President of NRI Cyber Patent, Inc. and former Chairman of Cyber Patent, Inc.), based on surveys and research by the Intellectual Property Governance Study Group, 90 intellectual property KPIs from 56 companies are introduced.
These intellectual property KPIs have been carefully selected to include only those explicitly labeled as "KPIs," or those presented as future target indices. Indicators that merely reflect past performance (evidence-based measures) or those labeled as "KPI" but describing abstract conditions rather than measurable indicators were deliberately excluded. Thus, it is recommended to first gain an overall understanding from this report and then refer to the integrated reports of individual companies for more detailed reference.
