JASRAC 「AIと著作権」で著作権法の改定が必要と意見提出

一般社団法人日本音楽著作権協会(JASRAC)は、「AIと著作権に関する考え方について（素案）」に関して文化庁へ意見を提出しました。
JASRACは、現行法の解釈論だけでは不十分とし、AIによる著作物の生成と学習に関する権利制限規定の改正する、著作権法の改定が必要と主張しています。
世界一緩いと言われる現行著作権法を前提とした解釈論だけでなく、立法論（30条の4の改正等）も含む議論が早急に行われるべきでしょう。

JASRAC Submits Opinion on the Need for Revision of Copyright Law Regarding 'AI and Copyright'
 
The Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC) has submitted an opinion to the Agency for Cultural Affairs regarding the 'Draft Considerations on AI and Copyright'. JASRAC argues that the current interpretation of the law is insufficient and that revisions to the copyright law are necessary, including amendments to the rights restriction provisions concerning the creation and learning of works by AI. It is suggested that discussions, including legislative theories (such as the amendment of Article 30-4), should be conducted promptly, not just based on the interpretation of the current copyright law, which is said to be the most lenient in the world.
