The lineup consists of three models: Sol, the flagship model; Terra, a balanced model designed for everyday professional tasks; and Luna, a fast, cost-effective model. According to OpenAI, the GPT-5.6 series significantly enhances capabilities in coding, scientific reasoning, and cybersecurity while incorporating what it describes as its strongest safety measures to date.
