Googleの生成AIサービスで、BardがGeminiに

Googleの生成AIサービスBardがGeminiに刷新されました。
有料プラン（Gemini Advanced）が登場して、高性能かつ最大の AI モデルである Gemini Ultra 1.0 （パラメーター数1.56兆個）を搭載していて、Gemini Advancedは数学、物理学、歴史、法律、医学、倫理を含む57科目の組み合わせを使用するベンチマークテストで人間の専門家を上回る成績を収めたとして、同社は「A new state of the art」（新たな現行最高モデル）をうたっており、GPT-4（パラメーター数1.76兆個）の性能を超えていることを意識しているようです。

Google's generative AI service Bard has been refreshed as Gemini.
A paid plan, Gemini Advanced, has been introduced, featuring the high-performance and largest AI model, Gemini Ultra 1.0, with 1.56 trillion parameters.
Gemini Advanced has outperformed human experts in benchmark tests that use a combination of 57 subjects including mathematics, physics, history, law, medicine, and ethics, leading the company to claim it as "A new state of the art," seemingly surpassing the performance of GPT-4, which has 1.76 trillion parameters.
