「そーとく日記」記事をClaude Opus 4.6に分析させてみた

「そーとく日記」に、2026年02月04日、『除くクレームで進歩性が認められた審決・判決の検討(5)「レーザ加工装置」事件（令和3(行ケ)10111、無効2019-800068、特許3935188）』がアップされました。除くクレームで進歩性が認められたとされる事例を検討した5回目（最終回）です。
Anthropicが2026年2月5日に発表した「Claude Opus 4.6」は、法律実務に特化したベンチマーク「BigLaw Bench」において、90.2%という非常に高いパフォーマンスを記録し、訴訟およびトランザクション（契約実務）タスクにおいて、40%の項目で満点（完全一致）を獲得、法律事務所のジュニア・アソシエイトと競合できるレベルの、高精度なリーガル推論能力を示唆し、法務・リーガルAIの分野で話題となっています。
この「Claude Opus 4.6」に、「そーとく日記」の記事、及び、審査基準改定情報を読み込ませ、「そーとく日記」著者の懸念がこの審査基準改定で払拭されるかを検討させました。（論説、及び、PPT資料）レベルの高い分析だと思いました。
さらに、結果をNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。

Letting Claude Opus 4.6 Analyze an Article from “Sōtoku Diary”
On February 4, 2026, Sōtoku Diary published the article titled
“Examination of Decisions and Judgments in Which Inventive Step Was Recognized Based on Disclaimer Claims (5): the ‘Laser Processing Apparatus’ Case (Reiwa 3 (Gyo-Ke) 10111, Invalidity Case No. 2019-800068, Patent No. 3,935,188).”
This was the fifth and final installment in a series examining cases in which inventive step was found to be present despite the use of disclaimer claims.
“Claude Opus 4.6,” announced by Anthropic on February 5, 2026, recorded an exceptionally high performance score of 90.2% on BigLaw Bench, a benchmark specialized for legal practice. It achieved perfect scores (exact matches) on 40% of the items in litigation and transactional (contract) tasks, demonstrating a level of highly accurate legal reasoning that can compete with junior associates at law firms. As a result, it has attracted significant attention in the legal and legal-AI communities.
I provided Claude Opus 4.6 with the Sōtoku Diary article as well as information on the recent revisions to the examination guidelines, and asked it to assess whether the concerns raised by the author of Sōtoku Diary would be resolved by those guideline revisions. I found the resulting analysis—at the level of an academic commentary and presentation materials—to be of a very high standard.
I further had the results converted into infographics and slide materials using NotebookLM.
