中央光学出版株式会社が設立50周年を迎え、記念イベントが開催されました。
「信頼」というキーワードをテーマに、3つのセッションが、大阪と東京で行われました。
一つ目は、東京営業課 浜村課長から、中央光学出版株式会社の50年の歩みが、かつて特許公報がマイクロフィルムで提供されていた時代の話など、懐かしい風景が写真と共に紹介され、「50年という時間の中でお客様からいただいた信頼を、これからも守り、広げていく」決意が話されました。
二つ目は、「キリングループのCSV経営における知財活動〜信頼に基づく価値創出の取り組み〜」（キリンホールディングス株式会社R&D本部　知財戦略推進部　部長　弁理士　島村氏）の話で、知財部門が事業部門とどのように信頼関係を築き知財活動を行っているかが話されました。
三つめは、「信頼が育む未来の知財～ダイキン工業の知的財産部の最近の取組と共に～」（ダイキン工業株式会社　知的財産部長　弁理士　安部氏）の話で、東証ガバナンスコードの改訂、IPLの普及、生成AIの登場等により知的財産にかかわる業務は新たな時代を迎えつつあるなか、ダイキン工業知的財産部が未来の知財戦略を実行するために意識していることについて話されました
いずれも「信頼」がキーワードで良く練られたイベントでした。
企業の知財部門の活動が、様々なツールベンダーの方々の力によって支えられていることを再認識したイベントでした。

Chuo Kogaku Shuppan Co., Ltd. celebrated its 50th anniversary with a commemorative event.
Under the theme of “Trust,” three sessions were held in Osaka and Tokyo.
The first session, led by Mr. Hamamura, Manager of the Tokyo Sales Section, reflected on the 50-year history of Chuo Kogaku Shuppan, showing nostalgic photos from the era when patent gazettes were distributed on microfilm. He expressed the company’s renewed commitment to “continuing to uphold and expand the trust earned from customers over the past 50 years.”
The second session, titled “Intellectual Property Activities in Kirin Group’s CSV Management — Initiatives for Value Creation Based on Trust” (by Mr. Shimamura, General Manager of the Intellectual Property Strategy Promotion Department, R&D Division, Kirin Holdings Company, Limited, Patent Attorney), discussed how the IP division builds relationships of trust with business units and conducts IP activities rooted in that trust.
The third session, “The Future of IP Nurtured by Trust — Recent Initiatives of Daikin Industries’ Intellectual Property Department” (by Mr. Abe, General Manager of the Intellectual Property Department, Daikin Industries, Ltd., Patent Attorney), focused on how Daikin’s IP division is adapting its strategies amid a new era shaped by the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Corporate Governance Code revisions, the spread of intellectual property literacy (IPL), and the rise of generative AI.
Throughout all sessions, “trust” served as the unifying keyword of a well-organized and thoughtfully designed event.
It was also a reminder of how corporate IP departments are supported by the capabilities of various tool vendors.
