ChatGPT「deep research」がアップデート

OpenAIは2026年2月10日、ChatGPTの「deep research」をアップデートしました。基盤モデルが「GPT-5.2」に更新され、調査対象として接続するアプリや、参照するWebサイトを指定できるようになり、検索の進行状況を別のビューアで追跡できるようになりました。
2025年2月にリリースされたdeep researchは、ChatGPTがWeb上の公開情報を横断的に調査し、情報を整理・要約して、選択したトピックについて構造化された詳細レポートを作成する機能で、これまではo3やo4シリーズのモデルで動作していたということです。
このアップデートについて、生成AIに分析させました。さらに、結果をNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。

ChatGPT “Deep Research” Updated
On February 10, 2026, OpenAI announced an update to ChatGPT’s “deep research” feature. The underlying model has been upgraded to GPT-5.2, and users can now specify which connected apps and websites should be referenced during research. In addition, the progress of searches can be tracked through a separate viewer.
Originally released in February 2025, deep research is a feature that enables ChatGPT to conduct cross-sectional investigations of publicly available information on the web, organize and summarize the findings, and generate structured, in-depth reports on selected topics. Until now, it had been powered by models in the o3 and o4 series.
