生成AIを活用した自律型契約交渉（AI-to-AI Negotiation）が、米国を中心に急速に進展しています。生成AIは、契約書の起草補助から企業の契約プレイブックに基づき人間の介在なしに条件を合意させるエージェンティックAIへと進化していて、定型契約の自動化だけでなく、高度な専門性を要する知財・特許ライセンス分野に特化したソリューションも台頭しています。

Generative AI is evolving from a tool that merely assists with contract drafting into agentic AI capable of reaching agreement on contractual terms autonomously based on a company’s contract playbook, without human intervention. In addition to automating standardized agreements, specialized solutions are also emerging for highly sophisticated fields such as intellectual property and patent licensing.
