The content of the “G1 Executive Conference 2025, Part 1: Plenary Session — How Can Japanese Companies Evolve and Grow with AI? The Role of Top Management in the AI Era” (Makoto Takahashi × Tatsu Nakajima × Yutaka Matsuo × Sakie Akiyama; approximately one hour), held on November 24, 2025 at GLOBIS University Graduate School (Tokyo campus), has been released as a free video starting December 19.
The session proceeds from the premise that “AI is poised to fundamentally transform management and industrial structures. For Japanese companies to turn this wave of transformation into a driving force for growth, leadership that understands the technology and can implement it strategically is indispensable. What will AI change, and what will it put to the test? How should top executives make decisions and lead their organizations? In this session, leading executives from industry and a foremost AI researcher look ahead to the future direction of Japanese companies and explore the new roles that business leaders must play in the age of AI.”
