5月28日、生成AIと知的財産保護のあり方を議論してきた「AI時代の知的財産権検討会」が中間とりまとめを公表しました。6月に公表される政府の「知的財産推進計画2024」に反映されます。

On May 28, the “Study Group on Intellectual Property Rights in the AI Era,” which has been discussing the generation of AI and intellectual property protection, released an interim report, which will be reflected in the government's “Intellectual Property Promotion Plan 2024” to be released in June.
