AIは単なる事務効率化の道具ではなく、発明の概念を広げ、論理的欠陥を突く「戦略的パートナー」として位置づけられ、面談前の仮説構築、リアルタイムでの対話支援、面談後の明細書ドラフト作成という各工程で活用されてきています。 AIとの共創により「強い権利を創出」するために、弁理士や知財部員が発明者にヒアリングを行う際の実践的かつ戦略的な生成AI活用法について、生成AIにまとめさせました。さらに、結果をNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。 なお、生成AIによる調査・分析結果は、公開された情報からだけの分析であり、必ずしも実情を示したものではないこと、誤った情報も含まれていることについてはご留意されたうえで、ご参照ください。 Leveraging Generative AI in Inventor Interviews to Dramatically Enhance Patent Quality AI is no longer positioned merely as a tool for administrative efficiency. Instead, it is being redefined as a strategic partner—one that expands the conceptual scope of inventions and identifies logical gaps. In practice, AI is being utilized across every stage of the inventor interview process: hypothesis building prior to the meeting, real-time support during discussions, and post-interview drafting of patent specifications. To enable the co-creation of “strong patent rights,” I tasked generative AI with organizing practical and strategic methods for using generative AI when patent attorneys and in-house IP professionals conduct inventor interviews. The results were further transformed into infographics and presentation slides using NotebookLM.
