世界五大特許庁（IP5）は、急増する特許出願に効率的かつ正確に対応するため、AIを審査プロセスの中核へ導入する戦略を加速させており、各国の特許行政は、単なるツールの活用から、AIと人間が共存する次世代の知財エコシステムの構築へと移行しています。

Building a Next-Generation Intellectual Property Ecosystem Where AI and Humans Coexist
The world’s five largest patent offices (IP5) are accelerating their strategies to integrate AI into the core of the patent examination process in order to respond efficiently and accurately to the rapidly growing volume of patent applications. As a result, patent administration in each jurisdiction is evolving beyond the mere use of AI tools toward the creation of a next-generation intellectual property ecosystem in which AI and human experts work together in a complementary manner.
I asked generative AI to investigate the latest AI utilization trends at the patent offices of Japan, the United States, Europe, China, and South Korea, and I would like to share the findings for your reference.
