生成AI活用推進プラン「レベル4：価値創造フェーズ（社外連携）」

企業の知財部門における生成AI活用推進プラン「レベル1：探索・理解フェーズ」「レベル2：業務適用フェーズ」「レベル3：戦略統合フェーズ」に続き、企業の知財部門における生成AI活用推進プラン「レベル4：価値創造フェーズ（社外連携）」の詳細を記しました。
このフェーズの目的は、レベル3で確立した社内連携基盤を拡張し、社外パートナーや産業エコシステム全体との協働を通じて新たな価値を共創することにあります。
「オープンイノベーション共創支援」や「産業標準化・政策提言連携」、「サプライチェーン・パートナー企業連携」、「スタートアップ・ベンチャー投資連携」といった四つのユースケースを通じて、AIを活用した戦略的な知財活動の具体的方法と達成すべきKPIが詳細に設定されています。最終的な目標は、セキュアな外部連携基盤を整備し、知財主導で業界エコシステムを構築・拡大することです。

Generative AI Utilization Promotion Plan “Level 4: Value Creation Phase (External Collaboration)”
Following the “Level 1: Exploration & Understanding Phase,” “Level 2: Business Application Phase,” and “Level 3: Strategic Integration Phase” of the Generative AI Utilization Promotion Plan for corporate intellectual property departments, this document details the “Level 4: Value Creation Phase (External Collaboration).”
The objective of this phase is to extend the internal collaboration platform established in Level 3 and to co-create new value through collaboration with external partners and across the broader industrial ecosystem.
Through four use cases—“Open Innovation Co-Creation Support,” “Industrial Standardization & Policy Proposal Collaboration,” “Supply Chain & Partner Company Collaboration,” and “Startup & Venture Investment Collaboration”—specific methods for AI-driven strategic intellectual property activities and the KPIs to be achieved are defined in detail.
The ultimate goal is to establish a secure external collaboration platform and build and expand an industry ecosystem led by intellectual property.
