「ＡＩ特許は企業価値向上に寄与するか～ＡＩ特許出願数と企業価値との関係についての検討～」(IPNJ国際特許事務所乾利之所長弁理士)は、AI特許出願数と企業価値の変化との関係を検討することで、AI特許（発明）が企業価値向上に寄与するか否かを検討して、下記の結論を得ています。

Do AI Patents Contribute to Enhancing Corporate Value?
The report titled “Do AI Patents Contribute to Enhancing Corporate Value? — An Examination of the Relationship Between the Number of AI Patent Applications and Corporate Value” (by Toshiyuki Inui, Managing Partner and Patent Attorney, IPNJ International Patent Office) examines whether AI-related patents (inventions) contribute to corporate value by analyzing the relationship between the number of AI patent applications and changes in corporate value. The following conclusions were drawn:

The number of AI patents is expected to contribute to an increase in corporate value.
Among AI patents, AI core patents (G06N) are expected to contribute to a medium- to long-term increase in corporate value.
Among AI patents, AI business patents (G06Q) are expected to contribute to a short-term increase in corporate value, as they have influenced recent growth rates. Unlike AI core (G06N) patents, AI business patents can be invented, filed, and implemented by companies across a wide range of industries, suggesting that competition in this domain will intensify going forward.
