オムロンは「AIZAQ」プロジェクトを通じて、社員の自発性を促す組織文化の変革と、安全なクラウド基盤の構築による全社的なDXを推進しています。対照的に島津製作所は、熟練者のノウハウを徹底的に言語化する「プロンプトドリブン改革」を行い、その成果を外部向けサービス「Genzo AI」として商用展開する戦略をとっています。
