AI発明の保護に関する調査研究報告書

2026年6月26日、令和7年度特許庁産業財産権制度問題調査研究報告書が公表されました。テーマは10個で、そのひとつである「AI発明の保護に関する調査研究報告書」（三菱UFJリサーチ&コンサルティング）は、AIを利活用する企業へのヒアリング等を通じて、将来的な発明の保護の在り方に関する課題・対応策等を分析し、AI技術の進歩を踏まえた発明の保護の在り方を検討するための基礎資料とすることを目的として、実施されました。
この報告書について、生成AIに深掘りさせました。なお、生成AIによる調査・分析結果は、公開された情報からだけの分析であり、必ずしも実情を示したものではないこと、誤った情報も含まれていることについてはご留意されたうえで、ご参照ください。

Survey Research Report on the Protection of AI Inventions
On June 26, 2026, the Japan Patent Office published its FY2025 Survey Research Reports on Issues Relating to the Industrial Property Rights System. The reports cover ten themes. One of them, the “Survey Research Report on the Protection of AI Inventions” by Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting, was conducted with the aim of providing foundational materials for considering how inventions should be protected in light of advances in AI technology. The report analyzes issues, possible responses, and related matters concerning the future protection of inventions, based on interviews with companies that use and apply AI.
