「野良AIエージェント」リスクとその対策

Claude CodeやMCPなどの最新技術により、専門知識のない個人でも高度な自律型ツールを構築できる現状が、かつての野良RPA問題を上回る脅威として指摘されています。知財業務は未公開発明や営業秘密といった極めて機密性の高い情報を扱うため、エージェントの誤作動や情報漏洩は企業の競争力に致命的な打撃を与えかねません。
生成AIに、知財部門において管理外の「野良AIエージェント」が発生するリスクとその対策を調査検討させました。なお、生成AIによる調査・分析結果は、公開された情報からだけの分析であり、必ずしも実情を示したものではないこと、誤った情報も含まれていることについてはご留意されたうえで、ご参照ください。

The Risks of “Shadow AI Agents” and Countermeasures
With the emergence of cutting-edge technologies such as Claude Code and MCP, even individuals without specialized expertise can now build highly autonomous tools. This situation is being identified as a threat that could surpass the “shadow RPA” problem of the past. In intellectual property operations, where highly confidential information such as unpublished inventions and trade secrets is handled, agent malfunctions or information leaks could inflict fatal damage on a company’s competitiveness.
I asked generative AI to investigate and examine the risks of unmanaged “shadow AI agents” emerging within IP departments, as well as possible countermeasures.
