政府職員全員をAIエンジニアにする

デジタル庁は、日本の深刻な労働力不足に対応するため、独自開発の生成AI環境「源内（GENNAI）」を全政府職員へ普及させる計画を推進しています。この取り組みは、単なるツールの導入に留まらず、「政府職員全員をAIエンジニアにする」という野心的な目標を掲げ、2026年までに10万人規模の活用を目指しています。
「源内」の実装状況と今後の展開、課題、評判などを生成AIに調べてまとめさせました。さらに、結果をNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。

Turning All Government Employees into AI Engineers
The Digital Agency of Japan is promoting a plan to deploy its internally developed generative AI environment, “GENNAI,” to all government employees in order to address the country’s severe labor shortage. This initiative goes beyond the mere introduction of a tool. It sets the ambitious goal of “turning all government employees into AI engineers,” aiming for adoption by 100,000 users by 2026.
I asked generative AI to investigate and summarize the current implementation status of GENNAI, its future expansion, challenges, and public reception. The results were then converted into infographics and slide materials using NotebookLM.
