2026年10月22日、ナレッジセンスは、同社が提供する法人向けAIエージェント「ChatSense」を花王が導入したと発表しました。花王は同サービスを活用した「研究データアシスタント」を研究部門全体に展開し、研究所や商品カテゴリーを越えた技術・知見の共有に利用するということです。

On October 22, 2026, Knowledge Sense announced that Kao had adopted ChatSense, its enterprise AI agent.
