生成AIが変える仕事と産業の将来像予測

野村総合研究所（NRI）が、2月27日、「生成AIが変える仕事と産業の未来」についての将来像の予測を発表しました。製造、金融、流通小売、広告、エンターテインメント、行政の将来像を予測しており、2024年を活用のフェーズとし、新たな脅威についても説明しています。
生成 AI がビジネスにおいて活用されている現状と今後の予測を、「生成 AI のアプリを用いた既存業務のサポート（フェーズ１）」、「生成 AI を既存業務の高度化・効率化に利活用（フェーズ２）」、「生成 AI で自社の業務やビジネスモデルを変革（フェーズ３）」という 3 段階に分け、特に変化が大きい業界において、現在とどのように異なる業務となっているかを見通していますので、参考になります。

Predicting the Future of Work and Industries Transformed by Generative AI
 
Nomura Research Institute (NRI) announced on February 27th their predictions on the future of work and industries transformed by generative AI. They have forecasted the future of manufacturing, finance, distribution and retail, advertising, entertainment, and administration, identifying 2024 as the phase of utilization and also discussing new threats.
The current state and future predictions of how generative AI is utilized in business are divided into three phases: 'Support of existing operations using generative AI applications (Phase 1)', 'Utilization of generative AI for the sophistication and efficiency of existing operations (Phase 2)', and 'Transformation of one's own operations and business model with generative AI (Phase 3)'. Especially in industries where significant changes are expected, it provides insights into how operations will differ from the present.
