Anthropic の CEO であるダリオ・アモデイ（Dario Amodei）氏は、人工知能（AI）の進化が最終局面、すなわち「指数関数的成長の終着点」の直前に到達しているという見解を示しています。アモデイ氏の予測によれば、汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現は数年以内に迫っており、現在の技術パラダイム（事前学習、強化学習、スケーリング）を継続するだけで、新たな画期的発明を待たずとも「データセンターの中に天才たちの国を作る」ことが可能であるということです。

AI Evolution Approaching the “End Point of Exponential Growth”
Dario Amodei, CEO of Anthropic, has expressed the view that the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) is approaching its final phase—namely, just before the “end point of exponential growth.”
According to Amodei’s prediction, the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) may arrive within the next few years. He argues that by simply continuing the current technological paradigm—pre-training, reinforcement learning, and scaling—it may become possible to “build a country of geniuses inside data centers,” even without waiting for entirely new breakthrough inventions.
