2026年1月23日に開催された「日米欧・権利行使を見据えた分割出願・継続出願の戦略的活用」リアルセミナーを受講しました。
非常に中身の濃い充実したセミナーでした。特に、欧州への特許出願ではドイツへの出願の重要性を再認識しました。
生成AIに、ドイツおよび欧州の特許制度、権利化実務、訴訟実務を、法制度の根幹から実務の微細な運用に至るまで比較分析させました。さらに、結果をNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。

Patent Systems, Prosecution Practice, and Litigation Practice in Germany and Europe
On January 23, 2026, I attended an in-person seminar titled “Strategic Use of Divisional and Continuation Applications with an Eye Toward Enforcement in Japan, the U.S., and Europe.”
It was an exceptionally substantive and highly informative seminar. In particular, it reaffirmed the critical importance of filing patent applications in Germany when seeking patent protection in Europe.
Using generative AI, I conducted a comparative analysis of the patent systems, prosecution practices, and litigation practices in Germany and Europe, ranging from the fundamental legal frameworks to the finer details of day-to-day practical operation. The results were further transformed into infographics and presentation slides using NotebookLM.
