中国の知財の構造変化

YouTube野崎篤志のイーパテントチャンネル-調査・分析系中心-「日本と中国から見た知財の今と今後－分部悠介氏（IP FORWARDグループ　総代表・CEO　代表弁護士・弁理士）」をアーカイブで視聴しました。
中国が模倣品大国だった時に模倣品対策で中国で訴訟を10件ほど行ったことを思い出しながら、中国が知財大国から知財強国へ変貌し世界を牽引するまでになるプロセスの凄さを振り返ることができました。
中国の知財の構造変化を、歴史的経緯、政策的意図、侵害実態の高度化、司法判断の進化、そして実務的対応策という多角的な視点から包括的に生成AIに調査分析させまとめさせました。さらに、結果をNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。

Structural Changes in China’s Intellectual Property Landscape
I watched the archived episode of Atsushi Nozaki’s e-Patent Channel (focused on research and analysis), titled “The Present and Future of Intellectual Property as Seen from Japan and China – Mr. Yusuke Wakabe (Group CEO, IP FORWARD Group; Managing Attorney-at-Law and Patent Attorney).”
While watching, I was reminded of the time when China was widely regarded as a major producer of counterfeit goods, and of my own experience being involved in around ten lawsuits in China as part of anti-counterfeiting efforts. Reflecting on this, I was struck anew by the magnitude of the process through which China transformed itself—from a country associated with counterfeiting, to an IP-heavy nation, and further into an IP powerhouse that now leads the world.
I asked generative AI to comprehensively research, analyze, and summarize the structural changes in China’s intellectual property system from multiple perspectives, including historical background, policy intentions, the increasing sophistication of infringement practices, the evolution of judicial decisions, and practical response strategies. In addition, the results were turned into infographics and slide materials using NotebookLM.
