日本企業が直面する知財戦略の現状と今後の課題

野村総合研究所（NRI）林力一氏が提唱するマクロな戦略論「知財戦略こそが、日本企業の未来を拓く経営の羅針盤」と、政府の検討会（令和７年度知財投資・活用戦略の有効な開示及びガバナンスに関する検討会第２５回会合）で林力一氏が提示した具体的な制度設計論は、示唆に富むものです。
林力一氏が執筆したこの二つの資料を、生成AIに統合的に分析させ、日本企業が直面する知財戦略の現状と今後の課題について深く考察、提言させました。

The Current State and Future Challenges of Intellectual Property Strategies Faced by Japanese Companies
The macro-level strategic theory proposed by Rikiichi Hayashi of Nomura Research Institute (NRI) — “Intellectual Property Strategy as the Compass for Management That Opens the Future of Japanese Companies” — together with the specific institutional design framework he presented at the government’s 25th Meeting of the Study Group on Effective Disclosure and Governance of Intellectual Property Investment and Utilization Strategies for FY2025, are both highly insightful.
I used generative AI to conduct an integrated analysis of these two documents authored by Mr. Hayashi, leading to an in-depth examination and a set of proposals regarding the current state and future challenges of intellectual property strategies faced by Japanese companies.
