先使用権の主要論点について大激論

「別冊パテント」第30号の＜先行公開版＞で、4月30日、昨年3月に行われた日本弁理士会中央知的財産研究所　第 20 回公開フォーラム「先使用権―主要論点　大激論」の講演録が公開されました。
​4名の基調講演と6名によるパネルディスカッションが詳細に記録されています。
パネルディスカッションでは、仮想事例について設問があり、6名の方の判断がそれぞれの考え方に基づいて、きれいに分かれており、先使用権の主要論点について大激論が交わされている雰囲気まで伝わってきました。

Raging Debate on Key Issues of Prior User's Right
 
In the <Advance Publication Edition> of Bessatsu Patent No. 30, the transcript of the 20th Public Forum "Prior User's Right - Major Issues in a Raging Debate" held on March 3, 2023 at the Central Institute of Intellectual Property of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association was published on April 30, 2023.
 
The proceedings include a detailed record of four keynote speeches and a panel discussion by six panelists.
 
In the panel discussion, questions were asked about hypothetical cases, and the six panelists' judgments were neatly divided based on their respective ideas, which even conveyed the atmosphere of a heated debate on the main issues of prior user's right.
