「令和6年度著作権テキスト」公開

文化庁著作権課が「令和6年度著作権テキスト」を7月9日に公開しました。
知的財産権の中でも、著作権は非常に複雑で理解しにくい印象がありますが、近年の著作権法改正についても、わかりやすく記述されています。
令和５年改正
・著作物等の利用に関する新たな裁定制度の創設（以下「未管理著作物裁定制度」という。）
・行政手続等に係る権利制限規定の整備
・損害賠償額算定方法の見直し
令和４年改正
・裁判手続に係る権利制限規定の整備
令和３年改正
・図書館関係の権利制限規定の見直し
・放送番組のインターネット同時配信等に係る権利処理の円滑化

"2024 Copyright Text" Released
 
The Copyright Division of the Agency for Cultural Affairs released the "2024 Copyright Text" on July 9. Among intellectual property rights, copyright often appears very complex and difficult to understand, but recent amendments to the Copyright Act are described in an easy-to-understand manner.
2023 Amendments

• Establishment of a new arbitration system for the use of works (hereinafter referred to as the "Unmanaged Works Arbitration System")
• Development of provisions for the limitation of rights related to administrative procedures
• Revision of the method for calculating compensation for damages

2022 Amendments

• Development of provisions for the limitation of rights related to judicial procedures

2021 Amendments

• Revision of provisions for the limitation of rights related to libraries
• Facilitation of rights processing for simultaneous internet broadcasting of TV programs
