令和6年版情報通信白書 生成AI利用は日本低水準

総務省が2024年7月5日公表した令和6年(2024年)版の情報通信白書によると、生成AIの個人での利用が日本では9.1％で中国の56.3％アメリカの46.3％を大きく下回り、企業での利用も日本では46.8％で中国の84.4％アメリカの84.7％を大きく下回っていたとのことです。
（2024年1－2月の調査であり、日本は1000人、中国米国は各500人。）

2024 White Paper on Information and Communications: Japan's Use of Generative AI at Low Level
 
According to the 2024 edition of the White Paper on Information and Communications released by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications on July 5, 2024, the individual use of generative AI in Japan is at 9.1%, significantly lower than China's 56.3% and the United States' 46.3%. Corporate use of generative AI in Japan is also low at 46.8%, compared to 84.4% in China and 84.7% in the United States. (The survey was conducted in January-February 2024, with 1,000 respondents in Japan and 500 each in China and the United States.)
