知財人材向けのオンボーディングに特化したe-Learningサービス『オンボードアイピー』、その考え方等が紹介されています。
「IP/BizDev/R&D人材の垣根を越えた広義の知財人材を目指せる教育」を目指し、「事業と研究開発の視点に立ち知財の知識体系を図解によって再構築した動画教材パッケージ」によって、現状とのギャップを埋める考え方です。図解のうまさは定評があります。
