パテント2024年2月号の提言「伴走者としての表現法務の可能性」は、、京都芸術大学で実践している、表現分野における知的財産・法務（＝「表現法務」）を紹介しています。
芸術大学で、国家試験である知的財産管理技能検定 3 級合格レベルの知識習得を目指したプログラムを実施していて、多数の受講者、合格者がいるということは驚きでした。
技術法務を意識して、表現法務という造語を作られたという事ですが、なるほどと思いました。

Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs in Expressive Fields such as Art and Design = Expressive Legal Affairs
In the February 2024 issue of Patent, we introduce a proposal titled "The Potential of Expression Legal Affairs as a Companion" that is being practiced at Kyoto University of the Arts.
It was a surprise to learn that a program aimed at acquiring knowledge at the level required to pass the third level of the national examination, the Intellectual Property Management Skills Test, is being offered at an art university, and that a large number of students have taken and passed the test.
I understand that the author coined the term "expressive legal affairs" with technical legal affairs in mind.
