2024年後半、生成AIの産業利用が本格的に始まる

日経クロステックの記事「生成AIの売り方に悩む欧州産業機器メーカー、シーメンスが無料提供で先制」によれば、SiemensやBeckhoff Automation、Schneider Electricなどの大手産業機器メーカーが、生成AIを搭載した新たなシステムやサービスを相次いで発表していて、2024年後半には生成AIの産業利用が本格的に始まりそうだということです。
特に、Siemensは、2024年4月22日、Siemens Industrial Copilotを「最初は無料で提供する」と発表し、無料提供によりユーザー開拓を優先するようです。
ベテラン社員が減り続ける日本では生成AIが特に必要になる見通しで、日本メーカーでも急速に利用が進むようです。
