日本成長戦略会議の第1回会合

2025年11月10日、高市早苗首相を議長とする「日本成長戦略会議」の第1回会合が開催されました。この会議は、高市政権の経済政策の司令塔として機能する「日本成長戦略本部」（設置：11月4日）の下部組織として設置された有識者会議であり、官民連携による戦略的投資を通じた「強い経済」の実現を目指しています。
17の戦略分野への重点投資、大胆な投資促進税制、複数年度予算措置といった施策パッケージが示されており、来年夏の成長戦略策定に向けた本格的な検討が始まっています。
しかし、同時に民間投資がどの程度喚起されるか、限られた予算をどのように配分するか、そして官民の役割分担をどのように取るかといった実行上の課題が残されています。

The First Meeting of the Japan Growth Strategy Council
On November 10, 2025, the first meeting of the Japan Growth Strategy Council, chaired by Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, was held. This council was established as an expert advisory body under the Japan Growth Strategy Headquarters (founded on November 4), which serves as the command center for the Takaichi administration’s economic policy. Its mission is to realize a “strong economy” through strategic public–private investments.
A policy package has been presented that includes intensive investment in 17 strategic sectors, bold tax incentives to promote investment, and multi-year budget measures. Full-scale discussions are now underway toward formulating a comprehensive growth strategy by the summer of next year.
However, practical challenges remain—such as the extent to which private investment can be stimulated, how to allocate limited fiscal resources, and how to define the division of roles between the public and private sectors.
