「THE調査力AI」が他社製品の侵害調査と無効資料調査をAIで劇的に効率化

イノベーションを加速させる「R&D知財グループウェア®」の中核をなす「THE調査力AI」に、待望の新機能が追加されました。今回のアップデートでは、特に「攻め」と「守り」の知財戦略を強力に支援する2つの画期的な機能が登場しました。
「製品情報リサーチ」機能を用いて、自社の特許に対する他社製品の侵害に関する調査を行うことが可能、「特許パラメータ比較」機能は、先行技術文献が特定の特許の無効資料として使えるかどうかを判断する際に、補助的なツールとして活用が可能になるということです。
生成AIに、「THE調査力AI」の新機能とアイ・ピー・ファイン株式会社の知財情報フェア出展の内容と評価・評判について分析させました。

“THE Research Power AI” Dramatically Streamlines Infringement and Invalidity Research with AI
“The Research Power AI,” the core of the “R&D Intellectual Property Groupware®” that accelerates innovation, has received a long-awaited new feature update. This update introduces two groundbreaking functions designed to strongly support both “offensive” and “defensive” intellectual property strategies.
With the “Product Information Research” function, users can now investigate whether other companies’ products infringe on their own patents. The “Patent Parameter Comparison” function can serve as a supplemental tool when determining whether prior art documents can be used as invalidity references against a specific patent.
