NTTドコモビジネス（旧NTTコミュニケーションズ）が2025年6月に提供を開始した「知財文書作成エージェント」は、日本語に特化した軽量な独自の大規模言語モデル（LLM）「tsuzumi」を核としており、特許実務に必要な複雑な言語構造や専門知識に高度に適応しています。本エージェントは、発明の発掘から先行技術の検索、特許請求の範囲の構造化、明細書のドラフト生成に至る一連のプロセスを支援し、知財担当者が戦略的な業務に集中できるよう工数削減を目指しています。特に、未公開の発明情報という機密性の高いデータを保護するため、NTTの閉域網インフラ上での運用や入力データの学習再利用を防ぐといった強固なセキュリティ対策が、大企業にとっての導入誘因となっています。これは完全自動化ではなく、人間の判断を必須とするハイブリッドな協働モデルを確立しており、知財業界の労働力不足解消とDX推進に貢献する本命ソリューションとして市場で注目されています。

NTT Docomo Business’s IP Document Drafting Agent
The “IP Document Drafting Agent,” launched in June 2025 by NTT Docomo Business (formerly NTT Communications), is built around tsuzumi, a lightweight proprietary large language model (LLM) optimized specifically for Japanese. The model is highly adapted to the complex linguistic structures and domain-specific expertise required for patent practice. This agent supports the entire workflow—from invention extraction, prior art searching, and structuring of patent claims to drafting full specifications—reducing work hours so that IP professionals can focus on strategic tasks.
In particular, because confidential, unpublished invention information must be handled securely, the service’s design incorporates strong security measures that have become a major driver for adoption by large enterprises. These include operation within NTT’s closed network infrastructure and mechanisms that prevent input data from being reused for model training. Rather than aiming for full automation, the system establishes a hybrid collaboration model that requires human judgment, positioning it as a leading solution for addressing workforce shortages in the IP field and advancing digital transformation (DX).
