キリンHD「AI役員」　知財分野でも活用可能？

2025 年 10 月 8 日（水）の NexTech Week 2025 特別講演「AI 役員」と共創する経営戦略では、キリンホールディングスの経営企画部の木村弥由氏とデジタル ICT 戦略部主務の真弓裕貴氏が、同社で開発・導入した AI 役員「CoreMate（コアメイト）」の裏側を公開し、現場の起案者と開発者が経営層を動かした舞台裏を解説しました。なかなか興味深い話が聞けました。
知財分野でも活用できるのではないかと思い、生成AIに提案させました。すでにキリンホールディングでは実行しているかもしれません。

Kirin Holdings’ “AI Executive”: Could It Be Applied to the IP Field?
At the NexTech Week 2025 special lecture held on October 8, 2025 (Wednesday), titled “Management Strategy Co-Created with the ‘AI Executive’”, Ms. Kimura from the Corporate Planning Department and Mr. Mayumi, Principal of the Digital ICT Strategy Department at Kirin Holdings, revealed the behind-the-scenes story of the company’s internally developed and implemented AI executive system, “CoreMate.”
They explained how on-site proposers and developers influenced top management through this AI-driven initiative. It was a truly fascinating discussion.
I thought this concept could also be applied in the field of intellectual property (IP), so I asked a generative AI system to propose ideas for that possibility. It’s possible that Kirin Holdings has already begun exploring this application.
