DNP Know-How Succession Support Service
Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP) and DNP Corelize Co., Ltd. have announced the launch of the “DNP Know-How Succession Support Service,” designed to help companies address challenges such as know-how transfer and workforce shortages.
This service organizes and visualizes the expertise and wisdom accumulated by employees—including seasoned veterans—and provides an environment where anyone can share and utilize this stored knowledge through the use of generative AI.
Even after the service is implemented, DNP will continue to support users by analyzing usage data to promote further operational efficiency and quality improvement.
