『古河電工、「AIプロモーター」育成へ--伴走型サポートで全社の生成AI常用目指す』という2025年10月28日の記事を読みました。古河電工は、社内におけるDXを推進する一環として、生成AIを活用した業務改善をリードする人材「AIプローモーター」を育成していて、10月27日に、育成プログラムの1つであるハンズオンセミナーを実施しその内容を報道向けに公開したとのことでした。
古河電工の生成AI活用について生成AIに調べさせました。

Furukawa Electric Aims for Companywide Adoption of Generative AI through “Accompaniment-Based Support”
I read the October 28, 2025 article titled “Furukawa Electric to Foster ‘AI Promoters’—Aiming for Companywide Adoption of Generative AI through Accompaniment-Based Support.”
According to the report, Furukawa Electric is training personnel known as “AI Promoters” to lead business process improvements using generative AI as part of its in-house digital transformation (DX) initiatives. On October 27, the company held a hands-on seminar—one of the training program’s core components—and opened it to the press for coverage.
