生成AIによる知的財産業務のパラダイムシフト

GPT-5.2やGemini 3といった最新のAIは、単なる文書生成を超え、自律的に思考し計画を立てる「エージェント機能」を備えており、情報収集やドラフティングといった従来の定型業務を極小化させる一方で、人間には「問いの設計」や「最終的な経営判断」への専念を求めています。
こうした生成AIによる知的財産業務のパラダイムシフトについて、生成AIに深堀りさせました。さらに、報告結果をNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。

A Paradigm Shift in Intellectual Property Work Driven by Generative AI
The latest AI models, such as GPT-5.2 and Gemini 3, go beyond simple document generation. Equipped with “agentic” capabilities that enable autonomous reasoning and planning, they drastically reduce traditional routine tasks such as information gathering and drafting, while increasingly requiring humans to focus on “question formulation” and “final managerial decision-making.”
I asked generative AI to take a deep dive into this paradigm shift in intellectual property work brought about by generative AI. In addition, the results were converted into infographics and presentation slides using NotebookLM.
