特許審査におけるAIの活用

パテント誌2025年8月号に「特許審査におけるAIの活用（特許庁審査第一部調整課審査企画室企画調査官　五十嵐康弘）」が掲載されており、10月1日に弁理士会ホームページで公開されました。その中で、急激に進化している生成 AI について触れていましたので、生成AIに評釈させました。
なお、生成AIによる調査・分析結果は、公開された情報からだけの分析であり、必ずしも実情を示したものではないこと、誤った情報も含まれていることについてはご留意されたうえで、ご参照ください。

Utilization of AI in Patent Examination
The August 2025 issue of Patent Journal featured an article titled “Utilization of AI in Patent Examination” by Yasuhiro Igarashi, Planning and Research Officer, Examination Planning Office, Examination Department I, JPO. The article was published on the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) website on October 1.
In it, reference was made to the rapidly evolving field of generative AI, so I asked a generative AI system to provide a commentary.
