オムロン知財活動における生成AIの活用

オムロンは、全社的な生成AI活用プロジェクト「AIZAQ（アイザック）」を中心に、業務効率化や新たな価値創出のために生成AIを幅広く導入・推進しています。
主な活用事例としては、
1. 関税業務の効率化
2. 顧客対応の改善と商品開発
3. 業務効率化（お問い合わせ対応、意思決定の円滑化、: 意思決定プロセスの合理化、資料作成の自動化）
が挙げられ、社内でのナレッジシェア（知識共有）を促進し、生成AIの活用方法を検証する部署横断的な取り組みも行われています。
そして、オムロングループ内で培ったノウハウを活かし、顧客企業への生成AI導入を支援するサービスとして、「koto-Buddy: 社内文書（PDF、Word、Excelなど）を活用して業務効率化を図る生成AIサービス」「DXコンサルティング: 経営から現場まで一体となった生成AI導入アプローチを支援」も展開しています。
生成AI活用の先進企業であるオムロンの知財活動における生成AIの活用について、生成AIに調査させました。
