2024年8月28日～ 8月31日、知的財産事件に携わる実務家（弁理士、弁護士、企業の知的財産部員等）を対象に行われた「2024年度　北海道大学サマーセミナー」は、「最新の知的財産訴訟における実務的課題――著作権・不正競争・意匠・商標編――」をテーマに行われました。

The first morning session was “Case Study Methods: The Significance and Utility of ‘Hanmin-gata’ Case Commentaries in the Intellectual Property Field” by Professor Yoshihiro Tamura (Professor, Graduate School of Law and Politics, The University of Tokyo; Professor Emeritus, Hokkaido University).
The text is “Methods of Case Commentaries: The Significance and Utility of ‘Hanmin-type’ Case Commentaries” from the Hōsō Jihō, but the impression of the live lecture is completely different from the summary ChatGPT-4o produced from the text.
The live lecture is overwhelmingly better.
