日本のコーポレートガバナンス・コードは、企業の経営戦略と持続的な企業価値の向上を両立させる目的のもと、2015年の制定以来、複数回の改訂を経て発展を続けています。特に、2021年の改訂は、企業の知財・無形資産投資や企業の知財活動に大きな影響を与えました。コーポレートガバナンス・コードの改訂に関する有識者会議が2025年10月21日開催されるなど、現在、2026年半ばに向けて5年ぶりとなる大規模な改訂作業が金融庁と東京証券取引所主導で進行しています。

Revision of Japan’s Corporate Governance Code for the First Time in Five Years
Japan’s Corporate Governance Code, established in 2015 to align corporate management strategies with the goal of sustainable corporate value creation, has continued to evolve through multiple revisions.
