AIを中心としたテクノロジーが融合し、イノベーションが指数関数的に生み出される「AIコンバージェンス」の時代が到来したようです。この変革期において、競争優位性の源泉は、既存業務の効率化から、未来を見据えた新規価値の創出へと決定的にシフトしています。
「AI活用による不連続型イノベーションの推進と新規事業創出に向けた戦略提案」を生成AIに読ませ、それを発展させる提案を作成させました。さらに、それをNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。

In this period of transformation, the source of competitive advantage is decisively shifting away from improving the efficiency of existing operations toward the creation of new value with an eye on the future.
I had generative AI review the document titled “A Strategic Proposal for Promoting Discontinuous Innovation through AI Utilization and Creating New Businesses,” and asked it to develop and expand upon the ideas presented therein. The results were then converted into infographics and slide materials using NotebookLM.
