In this period of transformation, the source of competitive advantage is decisively shifting away from improving the efficiency of existing operations toward the creation of new value with an eye on the future. I had generative AI review the document titled “A Strategic Proposal for Promoting Discontinuous Innovation through AI Utilization and Creating New Businesses,” and asked it to develop and expand upon the ideas presented therein. The results were then converted into infographics and slide materials using NotebookLM.
