「弁理士業務 AI 利活用ガイドライン」の評価・評判

日本弁理士会から「弁理士業務 AI 利活用ガイドライン」が2025年4月に公表されてから約半年が過ぎました。その後、2025年6月に発表された「知財推進計画2025」では、「AIと知的財産権」の項でKPIとして「⽇本企業のAIの利活⽤率を概ね100％まで⾼める。」と記載されており、弁理士業務においても生成AIの利活用が求められています。
また、この半年間に、生成AIの進化は著しく、様々な知財業務に浸透してきています。
半年経過した「弁理士業務 AI 利活用ガイドライン」の評価・評判などについて生成AI（Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity）に調査させました。

Evaluation and Reputation of the “AI Utilization Guidelines for Patent Attorney Practices”
It has been about six months since the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) published the AI Utilization Guidelines for Patent Attorney Practices in April 2025. Subsequently, in the Intellectual Property Strategic Program 2025 announced in June 2025, the section on AI and Intellectual Property Rights set a KPI stating that “the AI utilization rate of Japanese companies should be raised to approximately 100%.” This indicates that the use of generative AI is also required in patent attorney practices.
In addition, over the past six months, generative AI has evolved significantly and has increasingly permeated various intellectual property tasks.
I asked generative AI systems (Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to investigate the evaluation and reputation of the AI Utilization Guidelines for Patent Attorney Practices after six months of implementation.
