特許庁が4月26日に公表した「令和５年度特許情報に係る商用データベースの機能水準に関する調査報告書」は、民間事業者が提供する商用データベースにおいて、提供している機能を調査した結果です。本調査では、36 の商用データベースを選定し、法域ごとに選定した機能についてその機能の有無を調査しており、商用データベースの概要、収録データ、機能一覧、高度な機能及び導入コストについても調査した結果が報告されています。

Functional Levels of Commercial Databases for Patent Information
 
The JPO published on April 26, the "FY2023 Survey Report on the Functional Level of Commercial Databases for Patent Information," which is the result of a survey of the functions provided by commercial databases offered by private companies. In this survey, 36 commercial databases were selected and the availability of the selected functions was investigated for each jurisdiction. The results of the survey are also reported on the outline of the commercial databases, data recorded, list of functions, advanced functions, and implementation costs.
